My therapeutic approach integrates creativity, humor, and spontaneity and recognizes that successful treatment varies with individual needs, strengths, and preferences. I draw from lived experience and utilize humanistic and relational work to foster healing, self-awareness, resiliency, and connection in one's daily life. I offer myself as a grounded, collaborative, and compassionate presence. I work from a place of honoring my clients' humanity and their authentic selves. I truly believe that everyone can find greater depth and meaning within themselves and make strong, healthy connections to their surroundings. I am honored to connect, learn from, and witness transformative growth, embodiment, and positive change in my clients.

Background
I am a specialist in treating eating disorders and neurodivergence. I have successfully worked with many clients to improve binging, restrictive, and purging behaviors, ARFID, and related symptoms including sensory issues, a limited food variety (“picky eaters”), concentration and focus skills, and coping with chronic illness.  I developed and facilitated the first nationwide neurodivergence group at Walden Behavioral Care, where I worked in their partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP).

Approach
As a neurodivergent member of the LGBTQI+ community who has been recovered from an eating disorder for about 9 years, I uniquely combine evidence-based knowledge with personal and professional experience to tailor to a client’s individual needs.

Focus
Focusing on mood disorders (such as anxiety, depression, OCD), neurodivergence, couples/family therapy eating disorders (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge eating disorder, and ARFID), sensory issues, LGBTQI+, and executive functioning skills, I treat teen and adults, ages 13 and up.
